Ron Baptiste

Ron Baptiste has over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry. Mentored by industry icon, Bert Padell and senior executives at entertainment companies like Atlantic Records, MCA Records, Def Squad Records, and Jive Records. He has worked with on projects with Usher, Lil Wayne, Pink, Mindless Behavior, And ODB; and has managed multiple acts recently including Patrick Toussaint, a protege of both Swizz Beatz and Pharrell Williams.
Baptiste served as President of Tough Struggle Entertainment (an independent film company), from 2002 to 2011, and formed BlackCole Entertainment, an artist management and branding consulting firm. As CEO of BlackCole Entertainment, Ron’s firm was a part of a team that negotiated and brokered a multi-million dollar Champagne deal with Lil Wayne and many more. Currently, Baptiste is in the midst of expanding his role the entertainment industry by creating and producing televised content with Colby Gaines, of BackRoads Entertainment and Andy Hilfiger.
